Create Local Backup unavailable in settings

I have a C-8 pro, running 2.4.3.149.

I'm unable to find a button that allows me to create a local backup, most of the documentation shows a local backup option in the settings, but I am not seeing it, see image attached.

You need to be on the "Local Backups" tab. You're on "General." (EDIT: No, sorry, that's just to view! :thinking: )

My local backup is blank, nothing loads. I wonder if I'm missing something...

Sorry, I was confused above! This option should be on "General." (But unless you just set up your hub, it's weird there wouldn't be any backups listed there...)

I'd suggest a hub restart if you haven't yet from Settings > Reboot as well as trying a different browser to rule out a cache or other issue with the one you're using to view now. If that doesn't help, try a reboot again but select "Show advanced options" and check the "Rebuild database on reboot" option. I'd also check Logs for any errors, especially ones coming from the hub or "sys:1", to see if there are any clues.

Ah that worked, thank you! I was confused as I set this up a couple days ago, had a setting for make a backup at 3am, thank you!

Note: Local backups do not backup the z-wave database or zigbee database. Only the cloud backup does.

I'll emphasize this. Hub Protect is the way to go...
