Correct way in Rule Machine to do this light on motion then off after 5 minutes?

Interesting, I was always going off the assumption that any rule that has a wait condition/event needed a cancel wait action first to avoid multiple instances, I was basing that assumption off of this thread:

Cancel wait

A Wait action puts subscriptions (or schedule) in place and then exits the rule. The only way that rule gets restarted for the actions after the Wait is if those subscriptions (or schedule) fire. Cancel Wait removes the subscriptions (schedule). So, those actions will not run after that happens.
