Controlling linked z-wave device on 2nd hub

I added a 2nd hub to my network. It has 1 z-wave device connected, a light switch. Both hubs show active connection to each other (under Settings->Hub Mesh I see the other hubs IP address under "Active hubs"). Not using UI security.

I have the 2nd hub set to "follow another hub's mode changes" and it is following my 1st hub.

On the 2nd hub, under Hub Mesh->Local devices my light switch shows up under Shared devices.

On the 1st hub, under Hub Mesh->Linked devices the light switch also shows up.

I have a dashboard on the 2nd hub with a tile for the light switch, it works fine. I have a dashboard on the 1st hub with a tile to the linked light switch but it won't work.

How can I see where the communications breakdown is happening?

Does the light swqitch turn on and off on the device page? (the shared version that is)

No sir, it does not. It shows up in the device list with source "Linked", and says last activity was this morning.

But, when I click "On" on the devices device page (shown below) nothing happens. Also, several of the boxes have a thin red line under them as you see below.

Here is more device information from the switches device page:

thank you

The switch I am using is an Enbrighten Z-Wave Smart Toggle and I have several of them. I just noticed that these other switches also have the thin red underline on their device page too - but those switches work when I click On or Off. I think the thin red line is just due to the hub not recognizing their specific model and including them as "Generic Z-Wave Plus Scene Switch".

The thin red line under some of the command buttons simply indicates that a parameter is required to be typed into that field before one can click on the command button.

Just to confirm - are you on the same platform version on both hubs?

Yes, both hubs have been updated to the latest. I also updated Z-wave firmware for both.

Ok, I finally got back to this. Turns out that I had to enable UI security and enter the hub tokens. After that, it works.
