Ended up calling a guy, but got mine installed. So far so good, my humidity levels have definitely jumped, (partially due to discovering the water line was clogged). There looks like there'll be a point where the blower works counterproductive to the heat. Ie: when the blower motor ends up blowing cold air while trying to humidify, thus requiring the heat to come on earlier than usual, potentially creating a viscious cycle. That scenario looks like it will only happen in the spring/fall in the in-between moments. I have my metrics going to Grafana so I'll see how it stabilizes. Thanks for the recommendation - cool little piece of equipment.
