my 2 cars outside temp is working fine.. what does it say in the tesla and tessie apps?
Both are currently showing correct temps. I hadn't checked those apps at the time of posting. At the time, multiple weather apps and my outdoor sensors were around 30-32F The outside temp is showing correctly this morning, 
so kindly ignore previous message. 
for the first time our car pulled in a restaurant parking lot on its and pulled into a parking space without me having to tell it to park.
anyone else seen that?
It's been happening to me since 14.2.xx. It ends up parking a bit away, even skipping empty parking spaces! 
The first time I got it to park in the driveway was awesome too. I had to specifically choose that option. Otherwise, it used to park on the street.
where is that option
While FSDing with a destination, under the where it shows Mad Max, Hurry, Standard, etc, touch it or the word Parking. You'll see all of the options.
yes that's not what I meant. it parked on its own when we got to the destination without that. and in fact pulled straight into the door instead of the parking which always backs in
I've been using that for a while. Many times I've started with a destination in my calendar and started FSD while in the garage. FSD backs out of garage, drives to the destination in my calendar, and then parks when it gets there, all without me touching the steering wheel.
I find it's hit and miss on whether it want's to park on it's own. Many times at places like Home Depot, it'll try in the most obsure spot. Most of the time I'll take over before we hit a parking lot. What I don't like is Summon. Every time I've tried it, it sucks and is incredibly slow compared to the same actions if your inside the car. Gave up on it for now.
Understood. The feature is very un-smart. By default it doesn't always choose the best or correct option for the destination. Thus, need to "override" using that dropdown setting, which it then seems to remember as location-based setting. For the first visit to a location, I have had it stop at the store entrance, or park really far away, or even get confused and I have to take over. Because of Google maps data, when visiting a relative, it's stopped on a side street (around the corner) instead of going close to the driveway of a very large property.
What does annoy me is that I want to pull head in at grocery shopping so I can use the trunk to load Costco loads of shopping. But it parks head out. On the other hand, at home, I want to park head out so I can charge the car, but it parks head in. 
I'd also like if it parked in our garage. Apparently you used to get it to do that, but the feature was removed. You had to exit the car with something being set beforehand and it would park itself.
Only a Smart, Cube, or tiny Subaru would fit in my garage. 
Bad garage design.
I wonder if garage parking still works on cars with US sensors?
Finally noticed that there is a "Charging" setting for parking! That backs into my driveway. 
Now I need a Warehouse Club setting!
Hmmm... hard to say. I live in Canada and had a 2020 Model 3 before changing it in to a 2025. Never seen that option... sensors or no sensors.
@kahn-hubitat, the next time you update this, please consider moving this "app" to Integrations.

I’ve been noticing automation issues lately, and tonight did a quick investigation only to find that this driver didn’t set the car’s device “presence” or “Alt Presence” to “Present” even though the “current address” is correctly set to my home address. Seems that there is some inconsistency or delays with this, since it sometimes works, as far as I can tell.
It’s late, so I won’t spend much time on this tonight, but plan to dig into it a bit in the coming days.
Also note that I tried updating the driver to the latest version via the following import link:

However, I get the following error when attempting to save:
looks like your trying to save the Tesla connect app src over the tessie vehicle driver. why are y not using package manager
That’s a good question! I am, so yea, I should have instead done a manual update… did I mention it was late? 
Probably won’t have much time to look into the presence issue today, but will report what I find when I do.
