Connecting to hub issues after migration

Hi, I just finish to restore backup from my C7 and after restore sucessfully I could find the hub but cant connect to it.

For those of us with declining visual acuity screen shots of a browser are always better.

It is likely your hub changed IP addresses. The new hub has a new MAC address and will grab a new IP address.

If you can check your router's DHCP table you'll likely find the IP address of your new hub. You can either use DHCP to change it back to what the original hub's address was or you can just use the new address,

Thank you brad5. Since I was able to connect using it MAC address I shutdown the unit and remove the power cord. Then wait a few minutes, reconnect the powerr and I was able to connect.
