Connect to a T-Mobile gateway

I decided to change to T-Mobile internet from Xfinity so my network name and password have changed.
When I connected hub and went to the app, I had to use the MAC address search to find the hub but it won’t connect to the network and I can’t get to the diagnostics or settings?
I’m hoping someone can give me a little guidance?

Sounds like you're using the mobile app? I'd leave that out of the picture for a second; it is not necessary for hub administration.

I'd start by using Chrome or Edge from a desktop or laptop or Android phone or tablet to go to https://findmyhub.hubitat.com to see if you can discover it that way. (Newer versions of Safari and Firefox have new default security settings that may prevent them from working for now; this is know and will be addressed.) Your T-Mobile "router" might also have a way to show connected clients from its admin interface, which should show your hub. If nothing else, looking at my.hubitat.com for "Registered Hubs" will show you the last IP address it checked in with.

If you configured a static IP address directly on the hub before and your new device sets up your home network differently, you may need to perform a network reset on the hub -- something you can harmlessly try anyway even if you don't. This might be all that is happening.

If you can successfully connect to your hub using a browser on your local network, there should be hope for whatever your remaining issues, if any, are -- I'm just not sure if this is it or if there is more with other functionality of the mobile app itself.
