Hubitat was named the best smart home hub of 2020 by Android Police!
I've been a user for almost a year now and I've got to say that Hubitat saved my relationship with home automation from the pits of cloud driven products (cough cough SmartThings).

Oof, that is rough. They gave the “budget” hub a picture but not the “best.” Agree they should change it!

The android police need to hone their detective skills. Hopefully they'll never find out about the terrible slowdowns. The lights on the front of the house(hubitat) have failed to come on over 10 times. In that same year, ST failed once to come on(back of house).
HE failures from a multitude of issues, not saving my zipcode correctly on hub reset, even tho I entered and saved the zip. To rules failing to issue "on" command(support ticket went nowhere-NEVER had follow up), hub lock ups, issuing lights off instead of on, and many other issues.
I'm here for another year, if this "best hub" doesn't get its stuff together, going full blown back to ST.

Think of it this way. We'll just tell them that the reason ST photo is featured is because they are able to bring their things along when they jump. Always a plus! Just a compatibility teaser.

They got back to me quickly. ST was the only one they owned a picture of, but they said they would try to get one of Hubitat. Anyone have a nice picture they want to send? Or maybe Hubitat could provide a press kit one...
