Confused by Z-Wave Poller

Why does the Z-Wave Poller app indicate its Polling after selecting Stop All Polling?

I've added my z-wave non-plus switches and dimmers to the Z-Wave Poller, clicked "Start polling for selected devices", then Done.

The app now shows the following:

If I go back into the Z-Wave Poller there are now two options:

If you select Stop All Polling the status of Z-Wave Poller indicates its still polling

Do you know the difference between

Stop polling for selected device

and

Stop All Polling?

Stop polling for selected devices refers to the devices selected in the app's ui. Polling can also be established by a rule in Rule Machine. Stop All Polling stops both the devices selected in the app ui and those selected in Rule Machine.

I've noticed I have to exit the apps screen and then go back to it to see the current status.
