Conexis l1 z wave module

Hi,
I am having trouble including Yale conexis l1 on Z wave, I have the latest Yale Zwave module, it used to work with my Samsung ST hub. I have excluded from ST before trying HE on C7 hub. I’ve brought C7 hub close to the lock, factory reset lock, rebooted C7,
Tried several times to include but not having any luck, can anyone help?
I’ve also updated the Yale firmware.

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the same lock and module;

I had it working perfectly using the Yale driver on my c7 hub. I remember it being a pain to get working but I eventually did.

I had no success migrating everything to my new c8pro hub so had to remove all devices (many zigbee devices & the zwave lock) from the c7 hub and power it down and start from scratch on the c8pro hub.

I have reprogrammed all my zigbee devices and rules successfully on to new c8 pro hub but for the love of god I am having ZERO luck adding this lock back on to the system.

I've tried excluding it and then including it about 4 million times.

Thankfully my fobs all still work as normal but not being able to program the lock to automate stuff is infuriating.

Does anyone have any useful suggestions?
