If I were looking at Hubitat for anything more than what I'm using it for, I'd want to know more as well. In fact I recently posted a pondering about succession planning.
Doing Corporate Due Diligence is the responsible thing to do before you commit your own business and its customers to a relationship that will reflect on you and your business.
But that's probably not what's afoot here, that would have started with a phone call ...not a post to the Community Forum
