Likely not as that is a wifi plug, not zigbee or z-wave. I don't know if it can be reflashed to tasmota but unlikely. Unless it has an open cloud api, and someone wrote an integration you're out of luck unless you write your own.

If you use Alexa you could use a virtual device and some Alexa routines to enable control of the device from HE.
