What does the circled numbers mean? I've spent some time searching for this but can't seem to put my eyes on it.
Version of the command classes to use. Different versions have different features. Usually it should match the max version the device or hub uses (whichever is lower).

One more question @JasonJoel, I have the data for the device, but where would I find the data for the max supported hub versions? Maybe in the SiLabs SDK docs?
No, it is in the hubitat developer docs. Just because SiLabs supports a version doesn't mean the hub does.
