Color Temp as trigger?

Is it possible to use the color temp of a specific Hue bulb as a trigger in Rule Machine? I’m trying to figure out an easy way to have a virtual switch turn on whenever a Harmony activity is started. I have a specific light in the room with the tv change the color temp to 6500k when an activity starts (as bias lighting). What I’m trying to do is have a virtual switch, that represents the tv being on, turn on when that lamp is at 6500k.
