I'm having a issue with this and it's not setting the temperature correctly.

Also the delay is at 1 min rather than 5.

Please explain the not setting colorTemp aspect. The logs show it setting the colorTemp to 2700 at 25%. Did that not happen? Can you show the device events from the (LarB) Pendant for that time period.

I will investigate why it turned off after 1 minute instead of 5. That's very odd. Could you do me a favor and try the following steps:

Set the mode to Night manually from Settings/Mode. Trip the motion sensor, and then wait for it to go inactive. Open the App Status page and take screenshots of it to show me. Also, be sure to get the device events for the device.

You must have snapped the App Status before motion went inactive, as it doesn't show the scheduled job to turn the lights out. I built a similar thing last night, and couldn't get it to fail.

You need to look at that scheduled job after motion inactive, and see if it's really for 5 minutes later or not. The app settings are correct for 5 minute delay.

I'm not understanding what it is that is happening. The logs show the Pendent being set to 6535. Was mode night? Your logs last night showed it being set to 2700. Have you looked at the device events (from the device page) for Pendant? Those are different than the logs you are showing. They show each event.

That's really strange. I don't know what's going on. Could I suggest that you do a little testing with a simpler version of this, isolate the part that isn't working right. It's very difficult for me to do this from afar -- there's too much context unseen for any given post.

In answer to your question about colour in only one mode, that should not be the cause of this issue. Although you could test that hypothesis.

I'm going to try to make something similar to yours with all of its parts, see if I can replicate.

First test of remove the colour. It still logged the same response but it did change the colour correctly. The 1 min time out is still there though.

Maybe not as the mode is now home and it's not changing the Kelvin.

@bravenel I don't know if it helps but the delay was a per mode set up. I turned that off and used the standard one (which is 1 min by default) this seems to work now. So the issue must be in the by mode (I would like to use this feature)
