I tried to use this, and it works fine. But after some time, I will get an issue where my Z-wave stops working almost completely until I reboot the HE, or same with Zigbee. Logs overflowed etc. It seems that it's just too overwhelming. I think I could most likely just make it change the bulb every 30 seconds or a minute. but I would like to make a disco. I am going to assume that might just not be possible.

I am using osram/Sylvania gardenspots. They work great with the fast color change but fir some reason when I try to use the flicker function instead, they just turn off and don’t flicker at all.

As stated in the first post, this app is written for Hue bulbs. Other bulbs may or may not work correctly.
One thing I've learned over the years of Home Automation when it comes to bulbs... there is Hue and then there is everything else. Hue is worth every penny.
Stick with Hue bulbs and Lutron switches and life is much less stressful!

I just got a couple of Sengled Element Color Plus bulbs I was hoping to set up on the porch for Halloween and have them cycle/fade between green and purple. I've got them working fine as devices, but they don't seem to want to cycle color with Lighting Effects, they just stay on the initial color when the switch is turned on.
I saw some earlier posts in this thread about issues with Sengled bulbs, but no resolution... so am wondering if anyone has the bulbs doing color cycling with Lighting Effects?

This is a great app, I used to simulate some of these effects by writing webCoRe pistons but this makes the process so much easier!
I tried to use the warm white and soft white values for a fast change setup, but the white seemed a bit “off” with my Hue bulbs compared to what I get with the Hue app. I took a look in the app code and see it’s using Hue & Saturation values. Is there a way to set a white color temperature?

Hi, LE doesn't use color temps, only Hue, Sat values. Maybe someday I'll add Temp but not anytime soon.

it does not loop it dims the light up and stops.
I am on the latest vesion udated with Hubitat Package Manager
Slow On isn't suppose to loop.
the Lighting Effects Child is set to slow_loop and that is the debug log I get.
