There is no compile, the code is just saved.
The bigger the app the longer it takes.
no preprocessing either … all interpreted at runtime?
i have been saving this app for a long time … in the last few days the save time has gone up dramatically. by at least an order of magnitude. think this is since i got on .121.
There is an upper limit for saves that might cause the spinning. I don't remember off hand how big the limit is. Is it a lot of code?
ahh … about 6900 lines currently.
It's not how many lines, its the size of the post. If you have excessive comments, try removing those and see if it posts back to the hub.
well sometimes it saves in under 5 secs and at other times it takes a min or more.

Probably not, but you didn't mention that part. Sounds like something going else going on. Do you have live logging open when saving?
Does it do that after a reboot and waiting about 5 minutes after the system is back up and running?

live logging has been on a few times … nothing in the logs.
