Did your hue bridge change ip? If so you should have a reserved IP for it
This would be one for @bertabcd1234 , if you are using his CocoHue custom app/drivers. That said, probably not an issue with the integration exactly.... A http 408 is a timeout error. Can you access the bridge via the hue app on your phone or tablet?

Yes can reach bridge through hue app.
Under the Cocohue app, go to advanced and then edit bridge/reauthorize and see if it's picked up..

Also confirm your DHCP reservation for the hue bridge and make sure it pings properly from hubitat or a pc
