I am trying to use HE cloud to access my main menu while I am now out of the country.
I can access my dashboards, but if I try to access my menu , it just keeps popping up to enter my pin. After entry it just pops up again. I can only open it if I remote into my home PC. I tried 2 devices, same result.
Correct. The Web Admin interface is only available if you’re on the local LAN of the hub. Many of us use OpenVPN on our home routers to connect securely while away from home.

I was playing with webhookrelay on a rPi last night and that worked really well also. Can use it to create a secure tunnel to any local port and then access it remotely.
Are you referring to your Dashboard Menu or the Main Hub Administration Menu?
OK then. I will just remote into my PC and do it that way.
