Cloud Connection is Unavailable, Network Test works while broken, Reboot fixes

Any changes that could narrow down the issue? Like maybe a router update? There have been no cloud outages on our side. The only thing that would prevent a hub to reconnect if the cloud connection is lost, is if the internal time drifts off, but that is very rare and often happens following an extended power outage. You can check the hub's internal clock by going to Settings >> Hub Details (Update from browser time). Other than that, make sure nothing changed within your network. Power cycling the router may help.
