Cloud backup not working

"Hub Protect is active for this hub" but I'm not seeing any cloud backups, even after "Reload backups now (this may take a few seconds)." When I try manually back up now it stops after about a second. Know issue?

Do you have your hub set to a Static IP or DHCP? (Settings tab, Networking)

Also while you are in there, is the network set to 100M or Autonegotiate?

I created a subscription issue and shortly thereafter saw the cloud back ups, once, and thought it was resolved, Nope, not seeing them today and trying to do manual backup doesn't.

Thanks for the update. The problem isn't resolved, we are still investigating this issue.

Could you please update to the latest 2.3.4 firmware version? I've added extra logging, and while it will not resolve the issue yet, it should tell exactly what's happening.
