Cloud backup is failing on zwave

Appreciate any thoughts

Cloud backup is failing on zwave.

Did the suggested which is shutdown then Remove power for 30 seconds.

Then manually trigger a cloud backup and it fails again with the zwave

It's 8 hours later, but I just did a successful cloud backup.
I'm on 2.3.9.184 on a C8.

IIRC the latest update has a fix for failed cloud backups. Well I don't recall exactly which version has the fix, but I'd suggest updating to the latest

Updated to version 2.3.9.196 and now everything is good
