Love the new clone feature, just need to extend it by a bit. When you clone (or copy) a Rule, the Set's for the Private Booleans point to the original Rule. It would be nice to have the option or make it so that if the Set is for the Rule being cloned, it is changed to the new name.

Confirmed. I was trying out a rewrite on a cloned rule and it took me a while to determine why it wasn't working right. The Set's for PB were pointing to the now disabled original rule.

It would be nice but I don't know how easy it would be.
It would be very difficult to know what to do with this. So, you just have to know it happens, and adjust accordingly. We will add it to the documentation.
@bravenel In the original pull down selections the Sets were configured for "This Rule". Is it possible for those to carry over in the clone process?
No, that's what was just discussed above. You have to go in and update those after cloning.
