Clear delay off for 1 minute?

How do I clear that 1 minute delay ? do I hvae to delete the rule and recreate ?

I have a motion sensor in the bathroom and All I want it to do is motion turn on lights, do NOTHING else. I have a seperate simple rule machine that monitors the switches and if they are left on for 20 minutes they auto turn off

but this motion to 1 minute keeps turning the lights out

I would use the "Simple Automations" built-in App to handle this.
