Cleanest way to put morning wake up announcements with Google Home?

Hey,

What is the best way to do morning wake up announcements?

I would like to have an alarm go off on Google Home and then in 10-15 minute increments remind the kids about tasks to be done in morning with time left over.

For Example:

  1. Wake Up
  2. You should be dressed and brushed teeth
  3. Reminders if they have PE that day for shoes
  4. Reminder if it is cold outside to put on jacket or rain.
  5. Should have eaten breakfast with time remaining etc...

Thx,

Tyler

I'd use bptworld's Notifier Plus with a child app for each reminder. I've moved all my repeat reminders off Alexa and onto Notifier Plus.

I am playing with rule machine and notifier plus.

For Rule machine, for example if there is a holiday, how can I tell it to cancel the rule from running? Would I need to use a virtual switch called, "Holiday" and turn that manually on? How to I insert that into rule machine so it knows if that switch is pressed, to cancel the wake up routine rule for the day?

Thx,

Tyler
