I'm trying to update to 1.1.7. When I go to Settings and choose the Update Hub button, then click the Check for updates button, absolutely nothing happens. Browser doesn't "spin", no page tries to load, etc. I've tried rebooting the hub with no change. I'm on 1.1.6.112. What do I need to do to be able to update? I've tried on both IE and Chrome on my Windows laptop, and Chrome app on my Android phone with the same results.
Left page open after clicking the button and the update came through after a couple minutes. Problem solved.

Try rebooting your hub first and then check for update.

I would wait a couple days for the "hot fixes" to get pushed
I have 2 hubs and only updated one of them. Just checked the other and update is available. I have read a few threads on this community where folks have had to reboot a few times before it shows up. Donβt know why but maybe @bobbyD in support can chime in.
First hub took about 30 mins to find the update. This morning, I had it recheck, took about 8 seconds to say no update... which is correct.
I then had my second hub check and it took about 15 mins to find an update. I didn't do the update at that moment, but just went back to check and the result is much improved. Took 8 seconds and includes the release notes that weren't there yesterday or earlier this morning.
Seems to be improved. Last night and earlier this morning, checking took 15 mins and resulted in only the button. Now, it's about 8 seconds and includes the release notes.
Something definitely changed. I may be dreaming but I seem to recall that prior to the last update(s) clicking the Check for Updates button would provide some kind of status such as "Checking for updates..." and that the browser tab showed a progress spinner. When I clicked the button this morning it appeared that nothing was happening. Being impatient, I clicked it multiple times, reloaded the page, clicked it some more, and finally decided to wait. Several minutes later the page updated and indicated that 1.1.7 was available.
I thought that was the case also. Its not happening now
Same thing here except I had to reboot my hub for the update to be found. The really interesting thing is when I rebooted my hub I got a bunch so SMS messages from a few rules that I hadn't received in the past. It's like it was queued up or something.
I'm also having this issue.
Clicking the update button does nothing, and no feedback.
Rebooted several times.
And now clicking the update button says "No updates available". Even though settings page shows I'm still on 1.1.6.116.
Contact support at support@hubitat.com and they'll get things sorted out.
Managed to get it to update with BobbyD's help after another try. Apparently my hub is frequently disconnecting from the cloud or timing out. Not sure why, as there was no problem with the internet connection at the time I was trying to update.
