I have just upgraded to a Unifi network and in the process am changing the SSID credentials so the password is stronger. I am pretty green on the network side but trying to learn. I set up a VLAN for all my IOT devices. There are currently no firewall rules set up yet though.
I was able to connect both (master and slave) Konnected modules to the new VLAN network. The HE hub is also in the same VLAN subnet. The two devices did not automatically reconnect to HE on the new network. I assumed this was because the new IP address they had did not match the one being shown on the HE Konnected app so I removed the two devices in app. When I start discovery on the app to add them back it still doesn't find them.
On the Unifi network I believe I enabled UPnP and disabled IGMP Snooping. Not sure what to do next. I am consider deleting the app entirely out of HE and trying to start over with the setup process.
Is anyone running a Unifi network and could offer advice it would be great!
