Changed ISPs and Now Hub isn't connected

Hey guys! I have the C8. I just literally changed from T-Mobile Internet ISP to Starlink. My access points are working and I can connect to the internet via WiFi & through the Ethernet ports around the house, but for some reason, my hub isn't connecting :frowning: It's the only thing not working at the moment and I'm not quite sure why. Any ideas?

Reset the network settings on the hub. There is a round hole on the bottom as shown in this article, in network reset section:

Press the button for at least 7 seconds and release and the hub will restart. Hopefully you can access the hub afterwards.

Now you should set a DHCP reservation in your router for the hub.

Oh! I think that might have actually been why it didn’t connect. One of the things I did before doing the reset thing was delete the DHCP reservation from the old router. Thanks for reminding me to set it in the new router. My Hubitat app still has the old IP. Kinda annoying since it’s always connecting remotely even when I’m at home.
