Change to generic z-wave contact driver in 2.1.3

Hi @mike.maxwell @bobbyD It looks like a change was made to the Generic Z-Wave contact sensor driver that broke the functionality with the Ecolink Zwave plus contact sensors. To be more specific, the reporting of contact open and close using the screw down terminals.

Info:
I have three of these, and all three are using their terminals for wired contact sensors. All three are showing the same behavior. I am using all three of these on garage doors. Left garage door, center garage door, and right garage door. They have been reporting great for the last year or so, but after 2.1.3 they are no longer reporting open or closed, with no other changes. The tamper and battery reporting are still working great. Yesterday I changed the batteries just in case it was battery related.

In the events log below, we can see that the last time an open or closed event was registered was 25July2019, although I have opened all of the garage doors many times yesterday and today trying to troubleshoot.

I am also having this issue.
Neither screw terminals or reed switch is working.
Sensor stuck on closed.
On version 2.1.3.128

Deleted and reinstalled sensor.
Working properly now.

Thanks, I will try that tomorrow. Didn't think that would fix it since it was successfully reporting tamper and battery level.
