When the Mode changes from Home to Shabbat my Hubitat is suppose to fire a series of Actions. I am using Rule Machine and getting unreliable results.
You would need to look at the logs, and possibly post a screenshot here. Your rule looks fine -- note that it would happen whenever mode becomes Shabbat.
