I have a C8 latest everything. In my old C7 I used a Honeywell zwave thermostat for many years with no problem. When I created a dashboard and used the thermostat tile if allowd me to set mode, i.e. cool, heat, fan speed, and temperature. with the Centralite ZigBee Alliance Home 3156105 no matter what I do, the tile will not show normal thermostat functions. I have set it as a generic Zibee thermostat, and tried other thermostat types but the tile is always the same. Help. PS the functions work when I go into the device itself.
Can you post a shot of the device current states? There are a couple of attributes that will, if not properly populated, cause that. (Supported Thermostat Modes & Supported Thermostat Fan Modes)

My 3156105 shows 498 degrees on the tile, but its at 74. Going to follow this. Day two of owning hubitat and almost have the entire house automated.
I returned the thermostats and went for Zwave Honeywell. I scored for 90 a piece off of eBay. Waiting for them now.
I understand, can you update with how it goes? More specifically if it shows a call for fan on/off would be cool.
The Centralite Pearl driver (dagrider) worked for my problem. This thread can be closed.
