I've recently migrated from ST and couldn't be happier. Everything I have has transferred easily, except for these switches:

I have four of them. Three are up and running (using Sylvania dimmer switch driver), but the fourth is stuck on "initializing". The switch "acts" as if it's been successfully paired, but it isn't. I've reset, rediscovered, and waited, but it will not move past "initializing" or show up on my device list.
I've got the switch within 10 feet of the hub. The battery is fine....
Does anyone have any insight as to why I'm having issues? Solutions?
