Central App to control all paried devices

Hello,
I am new to home automation. I love what Hubitat has to offer over Smartthings and others.
Right now I am interested in

  1. Linear Z-Wave Garage Door Remote Controller, Nexia Certified.
    To be notified to garage door has been left open for a long time (10 to 20 minutes) and open/close it remotely.
  2. Few lights to turn on and off using Geofencing or remotely or using vacation mode rules. Phillips Hue
  3. Thermostat like to lights. Not sure yet.

For Geofencing I will be using Samsung SmartThings Arrival Sensor.
My question is.
Is that possible ?

Is there an app that can help me view the status of my smart devices, help me control them, and setup a vacation mode?

I plan of getting started as soon as next week starting Thursday.

Any advice and help will be greatly appreciated.
