Stop splitting hairs. You're not contributing anything to this because you don't have an experience of its value. If you don't understand why the entire block should be indented then go use almost any IDE that supports auto-formatting with almost any other language that supports switch statements.
Also, a textarea field with or without an auto-formatter in a webpage is not an IDE. That's exactly not what an IDE is.

You had 634 highlited in yellow too. So, I'm not sure why I am the bag guy for not understanding you. I'm not a coder...so, when I hear "case statement" and line 634, I go with the one that I am 100% sure I understand, the line number. I didn't think line 634 was below a case statement but I didn't know if that was wrong, so I went with the one that was in a language that I spoke. I don't see why I'm the bad guy for simply taking your posting at face value.
