Isn’t that illegal in Germany?
The Nazi salute in general is, but I think since this is parody it's allowed (please don't quote me on that)

Several years ago I was in Hamburg whilst an anti Nazi rally was taking place and 4 pensioners off the same trip that I was on, were dragged away from close to the march for refusing leaflets, the police apologised to them when they found that they were British and couldn't understand a word of German and were just trying to avoid being involved as they didn't know what it was all about
