There is only one capture and only one restore. Having multiple doesn't work.

Could be a nice feature to add in the future...
Complexity overwhelms an app like this at some point. Writing custom apps is the cure for that.
In this case though, you are restoring the two devices 5 seconds apart. Would there really be a problem to restore them together?
If you want two capture sets, use two rules. It's easy to link rules.

Are you saying that I use capture/restore in one rule and call another rule with another set of capture/restore they won't interfere?
This is correct. Each rule has its own state. So you could create Capture/Restore slaves, and run them from another rule. Capture and Restore have to be in one rule, as Restore grabs the settings that Capture saves.
