Cap ID and source for replacement

I'm under the belief that this is a 20 uF, 150v AC non-polarized capacitor. Being non-polarized I assume I could install a replacement in either orientation - correct? I can find a replacement on eBay for around $15. Seems a bit high. Does anyone else have any source suggestions. I see one at DigiKey for around $7 but shipping would probably be $10. This came out of an APC UPS. Made lots of smoke when it went, but no fire thankfully. :rage:

I find that stuff like that you're best bet is finding a local electronics parts supplier and seeing if they have any. Seems like the only option to get them at a good individual price is to buy them in bulk. No fun when you're a consumer that only needs one.

Mouser (likely similar pricing as Digikey, large quantities preferred).
