I have two administrators on my hub. I am following this instruction for removal of the second account. How to Correct a Multi-Admin Error | Hubitat Documentation When I get to step 8, there is no icon for editing the second user. I have tried from 3 different browsers and from the android app.
There are problems with user management on the new my.hubitat.com at the moment. The mobile app normally works using the same process as here: How to Manage Accounts Linked to Your Hub | Hubitat Documentation. I assume the removal process here would work for the multi-admin problem, too, though I'm not sure that's been tested for sure--if not, I know the site is a priority to fix.

Do you know when the two admins may have been added? Have you added any new users recently? If you need help removing the additional admin, please send me a private message along with the email address of the admin account you'd like to keep.
