Can't register and can't update

My first Hubitat died within a few days and got a replacement today via Amazon. Made sure I set it to static and can pair my z-wave switches. I started reinstalling my Hue app but it's not finding it. I am thinking it has to do with it not being registered and not able to update. Top right corner says "Cloud connection is unavailable.

Here is my Hub Details. Tried to email support but it's after hours.

What can I try to get this working? FYI, I am using the same credentials as my old one and same IP.

Thanks,
Leo

Networking isn't my forte, but could the attempt to get a static IP that is the same as the old HE hub be causing issue on your router? Maybe it is still reserving that for the Mac address of the old hub? What if you try using a different IP?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I had verified the mac and ip were correct. Mac on router is showing the same mac as the Hubitat.

Ok, that's good. And the router isn't blocking it's internet access at all?

Nothing blocking outbound/inbound on my router.

I'm out of ideas, hopefully support can give you a hand in the morning, or someone else here help you out.

Thanks for trying.

Look more like a firewall issue, if you can get to the hub locally but the hub can't connect to Internet

Hi Mark,
The last Hubitat was able to register just fine, this is a replacement hub. Nothing has changed on my network. I even tried to disable windows firewall and same results. I saw a post somewhere that support has to do something on their end.

Guys, user error. I misread the network static ip settings and I put my subnet mask instead of the gateway address. All good now. In a nutshell, if I would have put it back to dhcp, it would have picked up the correct gateway. Ughhh.
