Can't login with IFTTT

Hi all
I'm trying to connect IFTTT and it won't accept my login details. Keeps saying incorrect. Is there something I need to do before logging IFTTT in to HE?

Are you starting from IFTTT or did you add the app in Hubitat first?

You have to add it through IFTTT first, just like Google and Alexa. Delete the app from HE and then go into IFTTT and add it through there.
