I thought my username and associated email address was what I also used to register and get my hubitat elevate up and running, but after trying to link google home, I cannot log into the system nor can I add google home via my Android phone.
Adding the username and then selecting "forgot password" returns "that username is not found" .
I emailed tech support earlier today and received no reply.
Kind of a bummer that on the first day I want to really dive in and make something happen, I can't even access my device.
Any tips here?
