Can't get Zooz ZSE44 to do a firmware update

I've got two ZSE44's with firmware 1.20 and want to update them to 1.30. For the life of me I can't get either one to update.

I uploaded the firmware file to the File Manager. Tried disabling the device and also changing its driver to "driver". I did the 4 taps to get it to wake up a zillion times. It gets stuck on the update screen forever and never gives an indication of any progress,

What am I doing wrong?

Looks like you are using a ZIP file as the firmware file. That won't work--you'll need to extract the ZIP and get the GBL file inside, then upload that one to the hub.

Thanks -I will try that right now.

If you have them paired S2, the built-in updater unfortunately won't work - just FYI.

Sometimes a simple dumb thing is overlooked. I was using the .zip file from Zooz instead of the extracted .gbl for the update. Everything is working as it should now. Thanks for your help.
