Can't get setpoint temp to display

Late last year, I bought a Hubitat hub and some Sinopé thermostats. It took a while to figure it all out but i eventually got everything working using Google Home. I use my phone as a remote control, either by voice or by tapping on the Google Home app. No "automation" because I don't live a lifestyle where automation works for me.
I just bought two more thermostats and simply cannot get them completely set up again.

Sinopé TH1124ZB with a Hubitat hub latest update.

I cannot get the set point temperature to display on the new device. i have it displayed on all four other thermostats that i have. I have compared the setting on the existing devices with the new one and they are the same.

i have been trying for hours to get this working but i can't. i'd be extremely grateful for any help. thanks. robb

Where are you trying to get the set point temperature to display? In a thermostat tile on a dashboard?

On the device itself? That sounds like a defective device. I don't know how Hubitat could shut off a display on a thermostat?

here in the image from Sinopé's website, in the center where it says 21.5. The upper number is the time and the lowest is the actual temperature with the three dashes below it showing the power, e.g. 3 out of 5.

the thing is i have four of these identical thermostats that i installed last year and they all show the setpoint temp. the settings on the Hubitat app are identical.

apparently i can set this display option with their Neviweb app but I don't have their hub having gone for Hubitat instead.

I just installed the second device that i just bought and it doesn't show the setpoint temp either.

note: when you press the physical buttons on the device, the setpoint temp shows for a few seconds. that's what sinopé's tech support suggested but I would like it to display all the time.

I can't figure out how to quote posts here

UPDATE: i sent an email to Sinopé support and they are aware of the problem. My new devices have new hardware and the drivers don't work properly. They have apparently informed Hubitat of this bug since Hubitat writes the drivers.
Will Hubitat update the drivers for these devices? Is there anyone I can ask?

can you send me the device fingerprint for this thermostat?
Also I just received a newer model from them today, hopefully it has this latest firmware and I gen get the display issue fixed.

i found a couple of your old posts where you instruct people to set the driver to Device and click get info.
by driver, i assume it's the "Type" field in Device Information. i managed to set that to "Device" but i don't see a Get Info button anywhere on the page.

Yes. Make sure to click "Save Device" button after you select Device type from the list.

ok, saving device was the key.

I hope this is what you were expecting. thanks again!

i'll include the lines below the one i just posted:

I have the same issue (own a mix of brand new + 1 year old devices). Note that the new TH1123ZB gets discovered as a TH1300ZB. I manually switched the driver to TH1124ZB (no TH1123ZB in the list; however the interface should be identical).

2.3.4.116 contains a dedicated driver for the TH1123ZB-G2 which has several display options specific to this thermostat.
