Can't get Rule Machine to work

I've created several rules with Rule Machine for a few of my devices but none of them are working.
Here's a really simple one I created just to see if I could get anything to work...
(I'd love to just post a screenshot, but apparently I'm not allowed?)

Select Trigger Events: When time is 9:08PM
Select Actions to Run: Close: Living Room Window Shade

9:08pm came and went, but the shade did not move (tried several times by changing the time). I verified that my hub has the correct time set in the Hub Details screen, and the shade does react to regular commands (not through rule machine). I see absolutely no logs being printed despite turning them on for the rule.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@bobbyD could you please give @user562 permission to post images?

Until then, @user562 - you can upload images of your rules to Imgur.com and copy the links to this thread.

Click on Update Rule, and keep an open Log Window. Then click Run Actions. Do the shades close? Can you post a screen capture of the Log Window?

Yes, clicking the Run Actions button does cause the shades to go down

Try a new (future) time in your Rule. Make sure you click Done to exit the Rule. See if it runs.

Yeah I tried right after that screenshot (updated the time to 9:35pm). Still didn't work.

Can you post a screenshot of the scheduled jobs for that rule?

Is this what you're looking for?

Done!

Correct. That looks ok.

From Settings -> Hub Details, could you post a screenshot of what the Hub's time is?

Delete that screenshot - it shows your Hub UID.

But everything looks ok vis-a-vis time.

Did you try this in Basic Rules? Does it work there?

No, I tried creating this basic rule. Still did nothing. (I verified that "off" is the command used in the device control page to lower the shade)

That is very odd.

A little more advanced, but what happens if you go back to the Devices tab, and add a virtual button device and use that virtual button as the trigger.

Or maybe even use one of your light switches or motion sensors or something else instead of time to trigger the rule.

We know it works when manually triggered, but this might rule out a time of day issue, or a trigger issue vs an action issue.

Both of those did work. Setting up rules to close the shade when a virtual button was pressed, and having my living room shade shut when my bathroom shade shuts both worked. So it does appear to be an issue with times.

Did you hit Done in the rule?

You can open the App Status page (gear icon top right in the rule, or left of the rule in the Apps list), and scroll to the bottom, you can see Scheduled Jobs. Check that...

Yup I always hit Update Rule and Done
