Yesterday I updated from a C-8 to a C-8 Pro using a cloud backup to migrate all the Zigbee and Z-Wave devices from one hub to the other. The C-8 Pro gave me a message that Zigbee radio signal was weak so after looking at windows Wi-Fi analyzer app to see what channels were being heavily used, I moved the Zigbee radio on the C-8 Pro to channel 26 and increased the power level to 12. All my Zigbee devices seem to have adjusted to the new settings with the exception of 4-button Moes scene switches.
I have tried re-acquiring the scene switches by holding down button 3 for 10 seconds until the lights rapidly flash and I get a message that the Hubitat found and connected a previously joined device to the hub. However, the Hubitat is still not seeing any button presses from the keypads.
I am using the Tuya Scene Switch TS004F driver by @kkossev for integration and I’m running platform version 2.5.0.159. Updating to this platform version was done right before the migration from the C-8 to the new C-8 Pro.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I use these keypads throughout our home and they are a primary control point for the Hubitat.
Thanks in advance for the help
