I can't get any device to join my C8 Pro with SmartStart or LR. My platform version is 2.5.1.152 but I've had it fail at all versions.
I've tried Leviton switches (ZW15S-1RW) and Minoston plugs (MP31Z and MP22Z). In all cases the QR code will produced the right DSK as written on the device but it never actually includes. I see lots of errors about NWI HomeId not being found or AddToNetwork failing.

All of these devices pair fine in classic inclusion mode, and my network has 20 Z-Wave 800 devices that all respond. There's no Ghosts as far as I can tell either.
I've tried rebooting the Hubitat, moving the SmartStart devices within 5 inches, and excluding and factory resetting the devices. Nothing has worked to get SmartStart or LR to work and I've had to use classic inclusion for all devices on the network.
Is there something else I should do or should I file a warranty claim?
