Cant find my C8 pro hub on the network

Hi, I recently moved and my wife set up the network again but I am unable find my hub on the network. I have followed the fault finding steps. POPO, reboot, advanced search using MAC address and IP address. The light is green but no luck and I'm on the same network.

Press the reset button on the bottom of the hub. That will ONLY reset the network connection.

Done that already (sorry, that's what I meant by reboot) but it hasn't solved anything. Green light on but no discovery.

Hi, has anyone else got any ideas?

How is it connected, LAN or WiFi?

If it's WiFi only, when you do the network reset, and the hub blinks green/blue followed by a reboot, do you see a MyNewHubitat network on a phone/laptop when near the hub?

I've tried it by LAN and by WiFi. Neither work. On the Lan option it just cant be discovered. When trying by WiFi I get it to generate its own network, log onto that and then put in my WiFi name and password. The screen reverts to the wifi tab in settings but then nothing. If I go into the Hubtat app it's just stuck on the select a Hub page , saying Hubitat hub (unavailable)

Ok, so we know that, at a minimum, WiFi works on the hub. Most likely Ethernet works, too, Ethernet issues are exceedingly rare.

It's time to start eliminating the root causes. Take the hub and connect it to the provider's router using an Ethernet cable. Connect the laptop to the provider's router, preferrably using Ethernet (with WiFi turned off). Check that Ethernet lights are lit for both. Log in to the router and bring up the "connected devices" page. That should be the starting point. From there, change one variable at a time, like disconnect the laptop from Ethernet and have it on provider's WiFi only, and verify the connectivity.
