Brand new hub. Trying to create an account on my.hubitat and not getting email with confirmation code. This makes it really hard to also get support. I created another account under another email just so I could ask this question, but it's not the one I want to use. This has taken entirely too much time just to create an account and is so far a pretty bad experience.
Check your spam/junk mail folder.
Sorry to hear that you are having troubles creating an account. You could always reach out to us by visiting support.hubitat.com. Under the warranty section you'll be prompted to create a case. One of the options listed is "Account Problem": Warranty – Hubitat Support
Since you reached out in the community, you don't need to create a case. Mind me asking if you are trying to create an account for a personal server? We have had incidents in the past related to personal servers blocking account verification emails.
No, this is just a gmail account and I've checked "promoted" and "spam" folders and searched which covers all folders.

Having the same problem!!! I just bought my device new on Amazon, and have set up locally and added a few devices.
I had to create new temporary account here using an old Hotmail address, just to get a confirmation code so I could post here for help.
I want to use personal Gmail account to register my new hub, but no registration code ever comes through...I've checked spam, junk and every other folder I have within gmail...nothing. I have tried to resend the code to gmail a dozen times but nothing comes through.
So now, each time I try to log in it says "user needs to be verified". When I try to sign up as new user using my gmail email address it says "account with this email already exists" so I'm stuck in this loop without a code and can't register my device (wanting to integrate with Google assistant which apparently needs me to first register my device). Please help!
