Can't control my smart Lock remotely

Can't control my smart Lock remotely. Made a dashboard, I hit lock button on dashboard in the app and it says do I want to control lock, I say yes. And nothing happens.

Lock is connected to hub, hub hardwired to router.

Second, what hub platform version are you on?

Third, what browser and operating system?

Lastly, what driver is the lock using and can you control it from the hub, device details area?

Schalage smart Lock, shows up as generic z wave compatible

Yes, can control from hub on local not remote

Are there any errors in logging?
