Can't connect to Hubitat anymore

My Hubitat was working properly for a while. But suddenly, when I try to navigate to the local IP address*, I get the router's site instead (TP-link Deco). I haven't made any changes to the router but now I'm unable to use my phone to turn lights on or off. Jas anyone experienced this before? How can I regain access to the Hubitat? Thanks

*Used to say DNS, which was a typo

Have you tried going to http://findmyhub.hubitat.com to see if your hub's IP address as changed? I'm not quite sure how you're trying to access it now, but that's an easy way to find it by IP if that's not what you're doing (the mDNS name should also work but may depend on your network and device, if that's what you meant).

I'm not sure what you mean by "try to navigate to the local DNS".

Does that mean you do have access to the hub remotely from your phone, when you are away from home? Is your hub still performing automated tasks?

Are you using a web browser, on your local network (LAN) to try and navigate to the hub's user interface? Are you entering an IP address into the browser, or are you entering a domain name.?

What address or domain are you entering, and how did you obtain that information?

Sorry, I meant to say IP, not DNS.

I navigate to http://192.168.68.103, which is the assigned address of the Hubitat. It has a reserved address on the DHCP server, always 103.

It doesn't find anything, although I feel like it used to work....

What color is the LED on the front of the hub?

Can you access the Diagnostic Tool? (If so, try a reboot from there.)

So when you enter 192.168.68.103, you see the user interface to your router, which is presumably 192.168.68.1

I can't explain how that could happen, but perhaps you have a router issue and not a hub issue at all. Have you restarted your router? This will also cause your hub to renew it's DHCP address, in case it changed for some reason.

Have you checked for the hub's "last check-in time" at my.hubitat.com. If the time is recent, it will confirm that your hub is online, and is probably operating on a different IP address.

Check if you can get to port 8081

Go to https://www.advanced-port-scanner.com/ and download advanced port scanner and scan your network

If you're still not seeing it and the light is green on front of the hub, using a toothpic or paper clip and press the reset button on the bottom of the hub for 8 seconds. (It will be the only round hole out of all the square ones) Wait for reboot and check the ip and/or scan again.
